Harassment and Offensive Behavior Policy
The VCC is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all employees, volunteers, board members, artists, audience members, and patrons, both in person and online. We will not tolerate any form of harassment, discrimination, or retaliation based on protected characteristics, including but not limited to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. The VCC has detailed reporting, response, escalation and resolution processes to handle issues if they arise.
