Refund Policy

All Sales Final – No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our service, we do not provide any refunds or exchanges for products/services purchased from us. The only exception to this rule is in the case of a fully sold-out performance, where:
a) Tickets are turned back for resale at least 4 days prior to the performance, and
b) We are able to resell the tickets.
Both conditions must be met to qualify for a refund.
